Just as long as there are dots I could care less.lol There have been some guitars I have really liked but came with not fret markers which drives me crazy.

Not only that little dots look classy , but they also scream EBMM.
Always liked EBMM for the little dots. Big ones remind me of 7banez and other
lower end guitars.
Little dots all the way. Reflex would look so much nicer with em.
I wonder if little dots are an option when ordering one

They're not for everyone

Between big and small dots, it would depend on the guitar for me. I think the HH AL looks great with big dots. The 25th looks great with small dots.
