Sorry Lefty, but they will not be available for left-handed people :D.

Just right-hand model for normal people :p

But you can buy a lefty coffee machine if you want :

thanks. I knew you French were good for something. :p

Can't condone left-handed smoking! That's illegal!

Only if you get caught. :D

It might be a while before I find a house that I (a) like and (b) can actually have a winning bid on. So, while I'm stuck in this apartment, I'll just have to sample the goods from the Big Poppa competition team and their Big Poppa Smoke Mobile. :D

I was told any galvanized metal exposed to a strong flame for a good hour or so should clean this.

I talked to other Smoker riggers, they said it's safe alternative if I could not afford a drum and have access to a welder.

I dunno, I have two opposing opinions now. :( sticking to ceramic pots I guess.

This means BPSmokers needs to come out sooner.

I guess I could save up and just buy one instead.

Never had experience with pellets though. Just woodchips and indirect charcoal method.

Haha, well played Colin my friend,

except the recipe does not include the cooking medium! Bwahahaha!

But on a relevant note, BP did say his smokers would ranged from $89 too $35000.

So I'm sure there's going to be something for my budget in there.

Maybe, we should have a subforum for BPSmokers and BBQ in Gear Talk. :p

Thanks for the update, BP. Looking forward to it. I just shared your YouTube channel with a dear friend. She loved your steaks!
