about last week my 3-way chrome toggle on my MORSE took a hit from the table after rehearsal:eek: which really sucks since i had to postpone a show im supposed to do very soon(no backup guitar), but i called up dan for a replacement toggle and the process was fast and easy, im likely to receive the toggle on the 10th since dan sent me the tracking number, so big thanks CS! ;)

Well it's nice that it works for someone, I've waited an answer from CS for now about three weeks, I already sent new enquiry but no reply yet. Maybe some day...

I just have to comment that "EBMM CS is the best" etc. thing, 'cause I've dealed with quite many customer services/companies, and usually I get an answer within a day, few have even answered within a hour or so (for example Geoffrey Teese and a dealer who handles Fractal Audios european sales) on a regular basis!

My question was also about the toggle switch in my new JP6, it stopped working after a week and I still haven't got an answer from customer service when I'm getting the spare part. But hopefully this is just a exception...

heka, I do not know about this request. Haven't seen it! Please give me a call at 866-823-2255 (805-544-7726 if you are outside the U.S. or Canada) at extension 126 and we'll get you fixed up! And to all of you - thanks for the kudos!

Heh, what a timing: today I got a call from finnish dealer that the part has arrived! Now I just have to contact the local (authorized) luthier so he can assemble the new part.

Thanks for AJ and Dan for quick response, I'll reply to you via email.
