Day 1, August 1st.
I was able to host a Steve Morse guitar seminar sponsored by Ernie Ball. Thanks to Evan for getting the wheels in motion, Derek for being the "go-between" and ironing out the details, A.J. for keeping an eye on my backorder list and overnighting some Morse guitars, Ryon for sending us strings & accessories, and Big Poppa for allowing this all to happen. Thank you all, the clinic was both a success and another great experience dealing with EB. I look forward to being able to host more clinics in the future. Steve Morse was wonderful with his demonstration, and I can't thank him and his wife enough for their professionalism and patience, and overall ease to work with.
Day 2, August 2nd.
Derek @ Ernie Ball set Nick and me up with some great tickets right up front to see Edgar Winter/Blue Oyster Cult/Deep Purple. These tickets were prime! And if that's not enough, there were even stage access passes included. Michael Berger, Steve's tech, was very kind and offered to bring us side-stage so we could get some great pictures of Steve playing the y2d he kidnapped from our store because he said it sounded so good (actually I offered Michael and Steve use of the guitar, and they accepted). I will post pictures from the show later on.
Thank you Ernie Ball! And thank you Derek, Sterling, and Steve Morse, for 2 wonderful days. I can't wait until September when I can thank you all in person.
