My Bongo turned up the other tuesday, see piccy, (still looking for case.) anyways, had a setup done, to factory specs as I dont trust myself yet,!!!!!! new strings, as you guys recomended, slinkys, 2834, nice.
By Sheenhans of Leicster, while I waited too!!!!. Great service, great guys and gals, thanks.
so today I took it to band practice, Gosh, what a beastie, spent ages making different sounds, ect ect ect, ...
simply put, these are amazing, "probably the best bass in the world", everyone who heard/played it were just knocked out, fantastic, what a star, tones to die for, I wasnt to sure about the look to start with, but now im in love.
actually im a little lost for words, :eek:

thanks to everyone for advice, ect, and to MM for making such a wonderfull tool !!

I now hearby decree that all MM owners should have at least one, or two, by law

Lol, only a joke based on carlsberg's own claims. I'm a real ale man myself.

There's someone on the guitar side whose signature reads: "If Carlsberg made guitars, they'd probably.... not be as good as Musicman!" :D

Great-looking Bongo! I'll definitely concur that it's a strong contender for "best bass in the world." I've never used another bass that had such a satisfying tone or was so effortless to record and get to sound great in the mix.
