I was able to order Birchwood-Casey tru Oil & Wax. They make

other products as well to restore or maintain gun stocks. Has

anyone ever used Birchwood-Casey Stock and Sheen conditioner?

Or the Birchwood Walnut stain to darken the neck?

I know Tommy (tommyindelaware) has used it. When he stripped the neck on my old Morse he finished it with the conditioner- it was fantastic. Really slick.

the sheen and conditioner is great for a velvety feel. actually makes the neck look like it's thinly lacquerd. i personally prefer the plain rubbed oil. but the sheen IS beautiful looking !!!! probably not a good idea to try and darken the neck w/ walnut stuff.
i have put stew-mac amber tint in the brichwood/casey gunstock oil and darkened maple necks that way w/ complete success.
