Welcome to the forum aeon. I can't help you out with the details but maybe someone else will. I just wanted to say it sounds like a beautiful guitar and since here at the forum we live by the "If you show me yours I'll show you mine" rule how about posting a couple of pics......we would all love to see it. I will certainly post pics...once it gets here! I don’t have it yet, but it should be here near the end of this coming week (~29th of April).

just to let you know, this is not only my first-ever EBMM guitar, but it is my first-ever guitar period! yep, you read that right...the Axis Super Sport will be the guitar I learn to play on!

so for any EB employee who reads this...take pride in the fact that I could have picked anyone, but I chose you!

okay, how about this one...

{best grumpy old man voice}Why, when I learned to play guitar, I got me a used Japanese electric with a twisted neck and a body made out of old Army Surplus shipping crates! The pickups squealed if you plugged the guitar into anything at all, and the strings were 5 year old acoustic strings that were impossible to bend. And I LIKED it that way!!{/best grumpy old man voice end}

EBMM Axis Super Sport w/MM90s...trans red quilt top (and the quilt is just how I like it...not too flashy, but still defined and neither loose nor tight...almost feels like I ordered that way!), rosewood neck, non-match headstock, trem, OHSC...

my first guitar...sigh...
