EDIT: Added some pics to show off the mica in the finish. There was very little sun yesterday, just rain. Today was much nicer!

So my wish came true.
I got some help from a few forum members as to how much a new Black Magic Crystal Axis would cost and which GC's had em in stock. Fing was nice enough to even give me a GC coupon to use on my purchase. Then, almost 20 minutes later, Fing puts his for sale in the For Sale thread!!!
So needless to say, I scrambled, got a great price from him and made a deal. One week later....
Not sure if Keith meant to string her up like that but i'll leave it until it's time to change strings again.

Better direct sunlight photos!
It arrived in hot, humid Hawaii with fret sprouting but in a couple of days she should be just fine. It was pretty much in tune but I'll have to adjust the truss rod to adjust for the new climate.
I love the tummy curve in the back as well as the black chrome knobs on the MM Floyd Rose. Nice touches. The volume knob might be a little too easy for me to accidentally roll with my pinky though. Anyone know if the pickups have 4 conductor wiring in these?
I realize this is one of 40 of these. I wonder which number this one is? I'll be playing this one instead of my EVH from now on. I always get worried about that guitar. When the Al HH gets here, I'll have yet another HH guitar to play with!
Thanks for letting go of her so quickly Keith! I'll take really good care of her!
