Went to see The California Guitar Trio last night. They were touring with Tony Levin on Bass.

Imagine the grin on my face when Tony came onstage with a Blue Dawn 5 string fretless Stingray strapped on. ;)

Cool... Gotta love it when you see an unexpected Blue Dawn sighting. I imaging that would really look nice when the spot hits it at a certain angle.

Did he play that all night or did he change up and use the stick later? Levin's a real beast on bass.

thanks for the info!

Flipping thru the dial last night, Elton John was playing with a huge orchestra. His voice ain't what it used to be but his tunes still sound great. Great piano.

And his bass player was playing a bluedawn EBMM bass. I think the sterling model, but not sure.
