Blue Dawn, Markbass, and sweet tea...... Oh my!

sterling and mark bass like grape juice and pork rinds!

But BP, I'm allergic to grapes............. :(

BP - I have never in my life had, or seen someone have grape juice with pork rinds....and I'm from the South. Where in the world did you get that from ? What I have heard of, is pork rinds with some southern sweet iced tea with a lemon! :)

Very nice Ritch!!!
Billy, you've got me wantin' some tea. Time to raid the fridge.

You guys and your "sweet tea". How much sugar do you use Andrew? :p

Well, I am VERY happy to report that the Markbass and the Blue Dawn performed above and beyond the call last night! I am still getting a sound dialed in. But, the guys in the band loved it! Power to spare and a great clean sound. Now I am torn between the HP blended half and half, and the HH in the full on position. :D
The Markbass has that VLE control and I had no trouble dialing in a nice tube-like sound. I definitely want the expansion cabinet for it. Probably the 1 X 15". I was thinking about the 4 X 10", but the 15 seems to make more sense right now.

Hats off to the EBMM crew for an outstanding bass, a work of art. But, that's just your style! :D

And special thanks to Peter Murray for his advice and assistance choosing this Markbass combo! :D

After all this time, I think I might have found a band that suits me. Not trying to be conceited, but the middle aged white man blues wannabe thing just isn't my cup o' tea!

My strangest combination was glazed doughnuts and bloody marys!

On a camping trip. (I hate camping. )

At 6:00am.....

Good job sticking to the club soda, BP! :D

I'm afraid I am going to have to give up coffee soon. The stomach can't take it anymore.

MMMmmmm - grappa !!!

try one out tiff next time you are out in an italian restaurant. Its grape brandy made from the left-over pressings of winemaking (tastes nicer than I am making it sound !).
Bit of an acquired taste,

And that's a nice looking bass Richie - congrats !

Dayum! That color combo really does look nice! I was kinda worried the maple board would look odd, but it doesn't. I ordered the same color combo on an SR4.
Nice BD Ritchie.

Ritchie,
Let's get together and have a blue dawn maple piezo jam.

something about it being a grape jam but the word smithing eludes me.
