good luck man. i say your post in another thread and thats the exact bass i want. they dont make that finish anymore becuase of complications with the paint guns and an unpopularity for the most part, so if you get one it will be used or you might get extremely lucky and find one in some shop brand new. either way, good luck to you and i hope it works out for ya. personally though ive given up on the blue dawn and im just waiting for eb/mm to bring it back.

I called Ernie Ball and they checked for me and there is none in the country at all. I would by a used one, though. A very beautiful color.

Blue dawn is a sparkle finish....I have a mint StingRay 5 in blue dawn,maple fretboard... $1000 plus shipping...

Aw man, Blue Dawn is the best guitar finish in the world, ever. Once I looked at blue dawn Stingrays/Sterlings at basscentral for about an hour during a free period at college, so gorgeous.

I'd give EB half of everything I own to make a Blue Dawn Bongo.
They'd be horribly ripped off though...
