Hey Everyone,

Guitar Center in Fountain Valley, CA has a used Trans Blue (Quilt) Axis Hardtail with Rosewood board for sale. (think F'ing's gold one that was for sale) It has been played and has dings and scratches... but it plays and sounds amazing. Its $899... don't know if they will deal... but doesn't hurt to ask. Having just bought the AL a few months ago I don't think I can pick it up, but if someone one the forum doesn't mind dings and scratches this would be one hell of a player Axis. Pics at GuitarCenter.com. If you are interested call the Fountain Valley GC and ask for Jeremy or get a hold of Zombi at the Lake Forest one.

Texas Finally!
I can recommend a HT Axis, so glad I didnt sell mine, though if it is dinged and some scratches work the price on them, mine was/is mint condition and was only a couple hundred more, plus came with new SKB case.

Someone buy it rare bird there.

I got my trans-red '97 beauty from the same store last year. It was NOS hanging in a glass case on the wall. It's a very special Axis. Hardtail Axis' rule!

I seriously considered that red one last year Slav, it was a sweet player! So sweet in fact, you should get rid of that blue one you have and focus on the HT Axis... lol

Your Jedi mind trick ain't working on me brother:eek:!

The only Axis that I would consider parting with would be my 2005 all Rosewood Axis. I'm more in love with my 2007 all RW ASS with hardtail. I would even consider trades for another ball;) You now have the taste for RW necks, I know you want more...

BTW, how's that beautiful trans-green Axis doing, she's probably not getting any loving with that HH AL around:rolleyes:

Nice Tony, good luck!

I still kick myself for waiting too long and missing out on buying your Blue Dawn ASS:(

Slav:)

I was always a fan of Tony's hardtail Trans Purple Axis that has that amazing flamed top! I'm glad Radrock bought it...keep it in the family.

Bummer, they apparently can't sell it over the phone until after 4/18. Gonna have to think about this one. I've never seen one of the hardtails in this color or with a rosewood neck before.

Might have to see if there's someone in the area that can help me with this one. . . . .

I think I'm in second place behind fingbeagles for most EBMM's bought and then sold.

Actually the Trans Green Twins are getting more playing time with the AL in the mix... I'm making much more of an effort to A/B them to the AL along with my Gold Axis.

As for the Rosewood Axis... you may be on to something. I have been thinking about looking for a clean RW Axis... if you decide to move her at some point let me know. Just let me finish moving first... arg... Vegas or Stay in Cali...

I have no doubt Ill be in Vegas by the end of the year. It is just that I have no job in Vegas as of yet... not that my current gig has been paying me. Its really do I want to go now or wait till I have something lined up.
