Abalone pickguard.
I ordered one of these over a month ago from a local dealer,and I was told there was a problem with a batch of abalone,and EB was waiting on a batch up to their standards. Anybody heard about this?

I've been able to get this far and makethe plans for Thanksgiving (CDN) turkey dinner at home with my Sweetie tomorrow.
The really cool thing is, my Sweetie still loves me even without my own Blue Dawn / Abalone SR5 and is helping me with therapy on my left hand so that I have a better chance of PzoLovin' beore or after Christmas that will be with the Natural / Abalone rosewood SR5 H/P, unless a certain bas student wears me down enough to liberate the Black Cherry Burst, Wh Prloid, maple SR5 H/P, but I don't think that will happen because I need lots of fretpractice to make myself more ready for PzoLovon' with the Honeyburst/ tort H/P fretless ... One thing for sure, this ol' left hand has very far to go in a short time ...
