Welcome to the land of Bongo! :)

For me, nothing feels like my Sterling - it is a pure joy to hold...

But as good as it feels - and sounds - I still love the Bongo tone most-est! ;)

I'm really beginning to become curious about these Bongo thingys.

Congrats, Jim. Bongos rule the freakin' earth.

Until you have pics, what are the specs?

Pics, and specs---why do I suddenly sound like Daffy Duck?

heh, yea, i can recommend them more easily than i could bring myself to get one, hence why my bass on order is a HH sr5, and not a bongo. I really am a maple fingerboard guy, thats the main thing holding me back from bongos.

You know i'm a maple fingerboard guy too but I think i'm going rosewood on my HH.

Oh and congrats on the score BigBallz. Glad you're likin' it.

Andrew
Since you are going with a mhs, rosewood may be the right choice ;)

Looking forward to bongo pics.

Looking forward to bongo pics.

Yeah. Matching headstock is good with maple on a few finishes.

But with carbon blue pearl, it's SCREAMING rosewood. :p

Congrats! Plain black is an underappreciated finish on the Bongo. It just rocks!
