Hi all,

I've been seriously considering a Bongo 4 due to the rave reveiws it receives here and elsewhere. I don't have any way to try one in person so my question is how does the neck compare to a Ray?

The Ray neck is a little meaty for my stubby digits and is a little uncomfortable for me. I'm wondering how the two compare. I have a pre EB Sabre as my favorite right now and it fits pretty well. I've also borrowed a Sterling which I like as well but it has a super thin neck much like a jazz.

I really want to try a Bongo but not if it is going to result in a wrestling match. Thanks for any input ............Rob

The neck on the Bongo is somewhere between the SR and the Sterling.
