I just can't believe someone thought I was being defensive when I used Ace Frehley, Barry Manilow, and Animal House in my post to illustrate a point.

But, I mean C'MON!!! What good is this inter-web thing for if you can't argue about inane, stupid topics? I mean, I'm at work, so porn is out of the question.

Hey, you're supposed to be busy making basses that I can't have or something.

Speaking of vodka, I sipped Finlandia martinis the other night while recording some bass tracks on "Tiger By The Tail" and "I'm a Believer" with a friend of mine.

He couldn't believe I'd brought the Bongo fiver to record such music. He was really wanting my sunburst CS Jazz - such a traditionalist.

Once he heard "Tiger by The Tail", he shut right up.

Then we had more martinis.

Yep--New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Florida.

People would drive 3+ hours based on the knowledge that they were to be treated to homemade meatballs and ziti.

It also explains why I gained 25 lbs when she moved in with me.
