hey there guys!!

Not so much a problem but rather a "why did you let me near my bongo with a screwdriver" moment (a certain famous quote springs to mind:D )

but anyway, i tweaked my pup to the reccomended height from the strings before spending some time recording as it was sitting a little too high. But now, especially when playing aggressive it will work its way up and eventually i'll be striking string on pup.... oh so not good.

I've taken it out and put back in to make sure all is seated ok but its still happening, i know its not the bass' fault!! its me!! any suggestions oh sage like gods of bass???

thanks as usual

oh and PS... a gorgeous white matching headstock Sterling 4 banger has come into my local shop.. man its sweet!! might have a little wander into sterling country

Um...some blue LocTite, perhaps?

(I mean, its UK equivalent...thread locking compound, which comes in different strengths...the medium stuff is what I'm referring to, designed to be used on fasteners that you want to move at a later date.)

Just something to add a bit of friction.

Anyone got other ideas?

I think the blue Loc-Tite might not be a bad idea. I may have to do this myself soon.

the loc-tite is a good idea. If you dont feel like buying it, you could always just break off the end of a toothpick in the screw hole. Guys do it all the time with strap buttons, so you'd get the same effect.
