Question Bongo question

Hi all,

I am new to the forum. I bought a Bongo 5 a couple of weeks ago. I was wondering if anyone has experiences drop outs while playing? I have experienced several 2 - 3 second drop outs the past couple times I have played.

does it falls off the strap? You could use EBMM straplocks........ hehe

This is a Customer Service question I am staying outta this one (maybe the batteries are not hooked well?)
