I know this thread had mentioned before, and i have read the EB factory suggestions.
Ernie ball reccomend 4,7 mm for the bridge pickup between pup and strings at G string
But nothing about B string.
B string usually has way more action than G, if the pup is set level with pickguard, the B string will be far away from pickup
Do you adjust the pup to 4.7mm on the bass side ?

I think you would want to start with the top of the pickup level with the pickguard. Start with the lower edge below the G and adjust the upper edge level.
