He's a great player indeed, but that tone was interesting, I like it when he has a clearer tone. I'm definitely of the opinion that the more gain you have the less you can tell certain characteristics of pickups. The 25th doesnt seem to be hyped as a JP type axe, though it can handle plenty of gain obviously. But surely one of - if not THE- biggest selling point is the resonance and number of quality different pickup options, clean and dirty, which is what is rarely heard in the demo videos so far, all over the internet. I'm just whinging, go easy.

I both admire the fuzz (which I don't play too often), and I like clarity. I'm with Rob. In addition to the fuzz and overdrive, and distortion, I'd like to see (or in this case hear) some more clean demos. Thanks for posting this one. I like it. I always want more!

great fuzz tone. The note definition is difficult to aceive with this level of fuzz, so kudos to the fuzz gods for this. Toacheive this level on a fuzz setting speaks volumes for the intruments used here IMO.

So yeah post some squeky clean too if yer so inclined. Thanks for the samples of what I am sure is a tremendous instrument.

Thats all she wrote folks...We squeezed all we can out of this session...Blues is a great player and fun to watch....As previously noted the Amp was brand new
and he just dialed in a quick "fuzz" tone. We were going to cut and paste some jamming in the other vids but thought we could squeeze a video of just riffs since the playing was juicy.....

There will be more stuff down the road with Blues....

Thanks,

DB
