You don't need two speakon outputs. You can daisy chain the second cab by connecting it to the first. The SD800 is voiced much differently (not as nice IMO) then the F1. The F1 and LMK sound pretty close, with the F1 being a bit cleaner than the LMK.
*Edit* Found a picture of a 104HF. It only has speakon I/O. Even if that's the case, is there a difference between 2 direct hookups from the amp or daisy-chaining?
I've played an SD800 with a 104HR cab, and my only complaint were that the highs weren't as crisp as I like, but I didn't get to play with the tweeter adjustment on the side of the cab. Otherwise, it sounds incredible.
How are the inputs on the back of the Markbass cabs though? There are practically zero pictures showing if the cabs can be ran paralleled with 1/4" cords or if running speakon from the amp is the only way.

Also, I believe the speakons are the dual use kind where you can plug a 1/4" jack into the center.
I don't think that's correct.
AFAIK a Speakon by definition is this big, fat twist-lock connector. They come in two-pole and four-pole varieties.
You're referring to combo 1/4"-XLR connectors, methinks. Not the same thing.

Yes they can. I'm running a 1/4" from my LMII to the Markbass 210 cab, just like the photo provided by Mark.
I do have this Apogee system where the speakon connectors (neutrik) won't accept a 1/4". You'd think there would be a standard.

Needed some rack ears for my f1, so I called guitar center. They said the only ones they had in stock were for the new amps they're selling, but could order me a set. Could take a week to two months and the cost would be $29. So I emailed markbass and they gave me a link to musicians friend. Same cost $29. I went to the hardware store and spent $1.50 and made my own! Markbass should have supplied rack ears with the f1 because $29 is way to much. Still love the amp, but hate being over charged.
