Hey everyone,
I recently picked up a Bongo 6 BFR Grabber Green (serial F30096) and I’m trying to track down the original Certificate of Authenticity if it is still out there somewhere....maybe
I have already contacted Ernie Ball Music Man Customer Service, and they were very helpful in confirming information about the instrument - 59/72, but unfortunately COAs are not something they reissue.
I know this is a long shot, but I figured this would be the place to ask. There is always a chance a previous owner still has the original paperwork tucked away somewhere, or someone may know the history of this bass.
The bass itself is completely correct and everything matches up — it came with the hard case, just not the case candy or COA -
I’m just trying to complete the package since this is a Ball Family Reserve instrument.
If anyone recognizes this bass or has any leads, I would really appreciate it. It was purchased through musicians friend from a guitar center in CT, as far as I saw in the listing.
