This Markbass equipment must be unbelievable with so many folks buying them so quickly! I've GOT to try one out sometime. :D

Sharon, shucks, I couldn't help it, so brought home the LMKII, sorry. I would definitely call GC Towson first before you head down to see what they have in stock. They are having a hard time keeping up. Call Ethan Fisher. He set me up well. I think you should get the 6x10 :D

BTW, Sharon, there is a big guitar show up in Philly next Sat. Bunch of my friends and I are heading up. Perhaps we could have a joint Radiology/Anesthesiology conference???

Hmmm - that sounds tempting - allow me to consult w/ my saner half - I know my son would be interested!! If we don't already have mutliple kid sporting events, that could work - is it at the convention center?

Oh and someone DID buy out the last LMII:p :p , but I am going over anyway to hear a comparable rig, but I likley won't pull the trigger just yet......

Bovine Markbass rig

Friday night in Dallas was the first time I've heard the (little) Markbass stack at a full blown gig. I was shocked at how good it sounded and loud it was. No matter how much the guitar players turned up (and they did) that little rig cut through.

It was also great to see the bass room at the Dallas GC filled with EB forum members the next morning. What a hang the whole weekend was!

Ed, FYI, I bought a Little Mark II Monday afternoon from Austin at the North Dallas GC. I couldn't get over how good it sounded Friday and Saturday night either.

And I really enjoyed lunch with you and the other GC folks Saturday. I would have said that even if ya'll hadn't treated.

It still sounds good and loud, too! Cowpilot has just changed bass rigs and my back couldn't be happier.

Nice hangin' with you, Ed. You have fun?

It was cool hanging with you guys. It went beyond fun. It was the also first time to see Luke perform in person and not only did his incredible solos make me smile they made me laugh! I told Sterling that I felt fortunate I was able to attend.

Thanks for your hospitality and let's do it again.

Oh, Hell, yeah.

I also experienced GC's generosity at Snuffer's. I've never had a problem with GC (heck, both of my current Bongos are GC Bongos), but meeting everyone that I did over the weekend really showed me that they do care at the top, and from what I heard on Saturday, they are thinking correctly about how to fix the problems inherent with being a large operation.

So, thanks, again!

I'm very happy to have a GC in GSO.

I bought a computer audio interface from them yesterday, and ordered a LittleMark II from them Monday.

I know several of the people that work there, it's close to my house and they have put the fear of God in all the other local music stores. :D

I hope my LittleMark comes today...

Hey Chuck, let me know what you think of that amp. Sometimes I just pick mine up and carry it around. It's like carrying around a book. I like that.

I don't even plan to rack mount it, I'm going for an ultralight LittleMark/Bergantino rig.

Here's another little secret I've discovered, MarkBass amps work great for keyboards and wind controller! The highs and mid and lows are all great!
