Well, at least a few of them.

I still have loads more to re-size.

If Cowpilot sounded good, these guys made it happen. If we sucked, it was our own damned fault.

Note to Luke - hip areas are not touching.

Ray thanks all the little people who made it possible.
Well, actually, there was only one little person to thank, I guess, and that's him in the striped shirt.

For those who weren't there, I asked Jeremy what his favorite bass was.

"Bongo!" Good boy.

Good hip separation on these boys!

That was a blast. With going to SOB a couple of weeks ago and now this I'm tired! And now the holidays are coming up! Whew!

You only turn 50 once Jack and that was a hell of a way to do it bro. You realize next year on your birthday we'll be sipping martinis in the kitchen, right? :D

And talking about what happened a year ago.

Sipping martinis in the kitchen is good, never doubt it, especially with Ray Duke...but we definitely took it up a notch this year.

Whew! Now I have to retool the brain and get it wrapped around toy cars and birthday cake for Jeremy.

Ray Duke is a very nice bass player to boot. Thanks Ray for chatting theory with me. I know I had to be boring you to death.

Lots of brains needing retooled this morning. :) It is such a good thing to be needing though.

What a time it was!

Ray was great! And I got a ride back to the hotel from Ray, and also had the pleasure of having Ed and his lovely lady along too. All great people.

This event was right up there with the open house for me. Thanks to Sterling and all the knuckleheads.

Jack, well, you know.

Jack, well, you know.

I do indeed. I was so glad that you - and the other Jon and that one guy Jon and his friend Jon and his brother Jon - could make it to Dallas.

I have some photos of you and Erika attempting to communicate.

Cowpilot takes the stage. I had no idea Brian was going all Fu-Manchu on me.

What was it BP said about our boys? Something like, "They have a lot of balls to be playing those F*nd*rs on my stage!" I tried to talk them into playing something nice, but they were frightened, I'm telling you. FRIGHTENED.

Thanks Jack - from GC.

Jack,

Your band was great and how 'bout that MarkBass rig. Nice birthday gift! Sterling is a class guy.

Hey everyone, I met a lot of you during the two days in Dallas and had a great time. I'm in the picture of BP's table sitting just to the right of Marty Albertson (sitting to the right of BP).

This event inspired us so much that we're now embarking on the creation of our own GC forum to listen to our customers (hopefully YOU).

Anyway, if you need to get a hold of me my handle is "Noble". Noble is one of my two 5 year old twin boys.

Thanks again for a great time. I have some photos and a short video of Luke that I'll post within a few days.

You know, my boss came with me on Friday night (the tall cowboy w/the black hat). He told me at work today that he's never met such a friendly bunch of folks.

And I agreed with him. The people on the forum are the greatest. The EBMM organization from BP on down are a class act all the way and I really appreciate your friendship. Not to mention the guest of honor, his lovely bride and the little guy. Always good to see our DFW buddies all in one place.

And praise coming from BP means a lot to me, thank you all for the great weekend. Almost feel like it was MY birthday! :D
