the assembly of this behemoth!!!!

seeings how both of yous have raised (and are in process again) of some fine young-uns and have a few years on me in the "dad" dept. and much sage advice... any advice on this gig before the hammers and wrenches start flyin'?

Don't tighten the bolts all the way until it is all together! If you have extra bolts left over that is ok...

excellent, just making sure that those were the proper tactics as that angle is coming in handy already

we've got great neighbours and my buddy Jeff has already helped with some drywalling and minor reno's so yes... the plan is definitely for a two-four and a day of hilarity. we'll probably do some video because without a doubt there will be YouTube moments

as for the instructions, planning on watching the DVD that came with the instructions tomorrow before any tools are lifted.

I don't know why, but I got real lazy looking at that picture, as if all i wanted to do was crawl up on my couch and watch TV till the end of time. Its amazing my kids are still alive after the numberous midnight assembly sessions. I still think Im the only man top sucessfully assemble a big wheel with two screws.....I thought they were just being generous with those extras
