I'm afraid that cross posting on the guitar side will lead to.. uh.. cross picking, or.. cross dressing.. Idon't know, it just doesn't feel right.

See. You must've been over there already. What with all this talk about feelings and all.

the dude deleted a post on the guitar side today...he is a closet guitar stalker

It's only because I did as you suggested and clicked on "New Posts" this morning instead of just coming in here like I usually do.

To me, visiting the guitar forum is like sleeping with the village skank.

If I did it, I wouldn't want the bass forum to know about it.

Guitars? You guys make guitars? :D

Yes, of course you do and I'm trying like hell to steer my southpaw guitar player towards an EBMM.

Having come to the bass world late in life I find that I enjoy the company of bassist more than any other discipline. This is by no means a slight against other instruments, but I enjoy the bass forum the most.

I will say though as a long time forum member of other forums, everything from DAW software forums to forums dedicated to my other love, low density particle physics, that this EBMM site is one of the best moderated, company involved, level headed and just pure fun places on the web.

Thanks to BP and all the EBMM folks, I really have a home here, all you guys and girls are a cut above, way above, all else I have ever visited.

I also have a blast at Dude’s site too, to me his place is more of an after hours place where you can have a few beers and cuss… two things that I also really enjoy.

Outside of eBay and email this is about all I use a computer for.

I was really amazed at the guitar side. Amazed that they type most of the words correctly (seeing that most don't know what letter is under their finger). So I guess learning in patterns works.
