I was really amazed at the guitar side. Amazed that they type most of the words correctly (seeing that most don't know what letter is under their finger). So I guess learning in patterns works.

Hey when they are use to flailing away on a fretboard, they are bound to get something right on a keyboard... it is just the law of averages

Wow - I have something in common w/ BP - Coffee (intravenous when possible) follwed by New posts! I can reassure my fellow bassists that I have expereinced little or no instrument or other confusion after reading guitard posts......

Hello Kids!

I notice that there are a lot of threads that get pretty funny that have a narrow viewing audience. I also notice that some people have posted, "WOW, 187 people online!" But I check and there are 500at that time. The reason I figure is that most of you just either go to the bass side or the guitar side. In the beginning the bass side had the best stuff and the guitar side was a bunch of insecure drooling dolts...Sure NorM still on the 6 string side, but what an extreme makeover! The guitar guys have a sense of humor!!!!!!
Here's how I get the most out of this viral thing :

Stumble out of bed.

change my depends. Just kidding...

Try to figure out where I am and start crawling for the expresso machine.

Flip life fluid machine on

Plop in front of the Laptop and hit EBForums Main Page.

First I hit 'quick links' and see how namy people we have online. WHen I started posting we had between 40-60 and now it is usually over 500. THis has really grown and I am really proud of the shape this thing is in. we have the pest posters and mods going.

Then I hit New Posts and scan them all.

Try it! It's almost harmless!

But they are coming around and some of them are even housebroken!
