A friend of mine is selling off a few of his guitars and wants me to list them on ebay. He has a 1998 Blue Burst (trem) Steve Morse, still in the box, unplayed. All case candy, never even been plugged in. Still has the blue protective tape on the latches of the G&G case. hehe. Its even still in the original shipping cardboard box. I figure at almost 10 years old and never touched it has to be worth a reasonable price, or is it no better than a regular 07 Morse off the shelf?

Just after some guidance or maybe an offer if anyone is interested.

Cheers,
Gary.

Imo, it isn't old enough to be considered vintage, it is not covered by factory warranty, nor is it a discontinued model. Personally, I'd pay more for a brand new one, but this one should sell for close to the new price, I would think.

As far as not playing it, Ive lost count of the guitar he has.
Let me see.......7 various Wolfgangs, ebmm Axis, 3 Strats one ESP strat, Couple of Charvels, Kramers, 2 Gibson Les Pauls, and 4 customs I made for him. Plus the acoustics and prolly a few more.
Hes been collecting for prolly 15 years, i guess its what he loves!
