Ok, so I'm a newb. Just got my first EBMM and almost couldn't be happier. Almost. I have a 2012 Silhouette Special HSS. I really would love to have a split option on the humbucker for bridge single only. I'm considering a Tom Anderson H2+ for the bridge with push/push tone knob to split it. A) does anyone know who to contact for a wiring diagram for this that also allows for the silent circuit on the split? B) Has anyone else done this same mod (long shot, but thought I'd ask anyway)? I've been using the bridge-only on my Tom Anderson for so long that I am gun-shy to do gigs without the option. I play "for-hire" and get a lot of pseudo-country-music gigs, and the bridge-single thing would be great with the Silo I think.
I really love all the other positions of the 5-way, including the PAF, albeit my favorite (pos 4) has a noticable volume drop. I'm hoping a hotter splitting 'bucker might solve this also, but I know it will probably also change that position's tone dramatically. I guess it's a chance I'll have to take. Any help would awesome, thanks so much.
