Adam...It's held just like a pen or pencil and used to push down the metal mute spring while inserting the adjustment screw. The springs are very sharp and can cut to the bone. I believe that the was the main reason for their deletion.

LOL I contacted them and told them what I was looking for and where I heard about the kit and put a link to the pic that you have on your site, They sent an email back saying that they refuse to open any link in an email and didnt even tell me if they had one or not!! O well thanks for the info.

I've had the same problem.

Sent them an email with the pic attached, got a reply saying 'i refuse to open any attachments', so i sent a reply explaining the attachment and i've had no reply for several weeks.
