I purchased an ax40 about year and a half ago. It took me two days of setup after initially receiving but ever since then I have made it my goto guitar even over my classic Gibson's. I love this guitar plain and simple but out of the blue my bridge pickup has no more heat to it but rather just a tinny trebly sound. My question is: What should I use to replace it? I really liked the tone the original came with and would like to find something that would be close to it. I would be greatful for any info offered as I can't stand not having this guitar for recording lead guitar work.

Thank you,

Michael

Trouble shoot the pup. Maybe a cable came out or something or your pickup switch went bad. Don't abandon it yet.
