Always has it's place in the rock band survial kit for sure. My doctor told me years ago to cut down on them.

Interestingly, alcohol tends to deplete the body's store of some of the B vitamins (in addition to causing dehydration).

Hangovers can generally be cured with lots of water to re-hydrate, and taking a multivitamin that has a lot of the B-vitamins seems to help some folks, too.

Personally, I rely on water and the occasional Advil.

They do give ya some good drugs for afterward I must say...I've been sitting here scanning magazines all weekend in PJ's so, there is a "plus" to it...I think they also give you a laminated "shooting blanks" wallet card too, which could come in handy in "sticky" situations and courtrooms.

Not so bad guys...no big deal at all.
