So Browndog and I have been working together on my acquisition of his rare Purple Reflex(only 2 made for Dallas guitar show last year). We made the deal almost 3 weeks ago which allowed for him to purchase his Axis, and in return he sold me this killer Reflex. After many hurdles involving international shipping, I now own my 3rd ball. This thing is stunning and truly in 'mint' condition.
I would like to formally thank Browndog. He deserves many accolades for keeping his cool during a very stressful situation regarding shipping. He is a man of honor and integrity and I owe him a debt of gratitude for allowing me to be the proud new owner of this amazing guitar.
Thanks Jeff

Dude, you have to take some better pics! All you can see is reflections. Take some nice pics and email them to me, I’ll post em.

So, about this unnamed courier company. Many of us here have shipped a guitar and as you all know, its a very simple process. Well, I had the pleasure of dealing with the most inept group of people I have ever done business with. I affectionately referred to them as moron #1 through moron #4.

A normal ground ship across North America is 7-8 days. The Reflex took 18 days.

Yeah,
I'm gonna take some better pics. I'll email them to you and you can post. I'm just waiting for the celebratory champagne to wear off.

That's a great guitar that Jeff sold ya. I was going to trade my Axis for it, but would not be in Toronto till September (originally thought it was going to be May), so he sold it out from under me. :) No, I'm pokin' at ya, Jeff. I told you it would all work out. When I come up in September, I'll buy you a beer.

Moron #3 is the worst, I know his type. He is usually the loafer of the bunch!

When did the black pickup rings get swapped in? They look awesome!

Lovely guitar.

OK,
I can't take credit for the black pickup rings, black tip trem, black toggle switch & chrome knobs. Jeff suggested this to me way before the delivery. It gave me time to contact A.J. at EBMM & make the order. He(Jeff) is the master of aesthetics. I can only say that this guitar now has a great home next to my other two. Thanks for all of the positive support. You guys are all awesome.

I'm not surprised at all that Jeff was such a quality guy. Not at all.

Beautiful guitar there, too! Can't wait to see some new pics!
