Burnt Apple Sparkle??

Hey everybody, I found a Stingray 5 in Burnt Apple at a local guitar store for cheap and am in the process of buying it. When did they stop producing the Burnt Apple finish? Also, is it a pretty rare color? The Stingray has a black pickguard, rosewood fretboard, and a non matching headstock. I'll be sure to post pics when I get it. Thanks for the help in advance.

Phil, if it's NOS and it's reasonable then go for it man.

As far as Burnt Apple being rare, most of the sparkles are considered rare, but only because they aren't making them anymore. Remember things are only rare if people really want them.

Glenn, its actually not NOS, its used, but it is in excellent condition, with only a few small dings on the headstock. I just think the color is so awesome. Especially in person under certain lighting it just seems to come alive. I was originally going to get a buttercream SR4 that I found for the same price but I'm used to rosewood fretboard's and it had maple, so then I spotted the SR5 and saw the sparkle finish, and needless to say I had to have it. Haha. That sparkle AL is pretty cool. Thanks for the reading and reply. Appreciate it.
