I have a three week onle Buttercreme SR5. I was going to sell it but don't really want to lose my ass on it. I paid full price for it a few weeks back and would really like to have either a Sabre, Stingray 4 or Stingray 5 but the bass must be near MINT and a TRANS FINISH (read prefer Natural). This bass comes with the Mint G&G Brown Tolex Case and is not like new, it IS new. I may consider other basses on trade but I would prefer it to be a EBMM. The ONLY reason I am letting this bass go is because I am prejudiced against solid color basses. Silly but true.

Dang Scott, that was funny. She looks thrilled to holding that bass.

Im down to only 2 fretted basses, my new SR5 and my ugly 78 P.

I really, I mean really wish there was something I could do to help. :(

I wish you did too Travis. Hey if you have a BC SR5 you can have something in common with her

Scott, I know most of the basses in the picture but I must ask, what is that heart shaped thing? None of those in my neck of the woods.

That is the (in)famous Daisy Rock bass.

They do flowers, too - daisies, I guess.

I think they'd look cool in a Megadeth Tribute Band.

I wish you still had the Natural SR5 Jack. That is what I would really love to get or a Natural Stingray. Honeburst works well too.... I know th Buttercreme would be nice for you too, a nice match to the Jazz the Mrs. gave you.

Scott,

I think on this one you just really need to fall in love with that finish.

Natural and trans finishes look great, awesome even, but that BC is just downright sexy. There must be some underlying attraction that drew you to it in the first place.

All of my Stingrays are opaque finishes, I think. Let me double-check and get back with you.

I've seen a local EMO guy playing one of these things... by no means do i support EMO but... it was the funniest thing i've ever seen... It was a sad sad sad... really EMOTIONAL EVENT! ha...

The Daisy Rock guitars are kinda cool for the ladies that want to rock out!

OK call me crazy but would you be interested in the natural SR5 you used to own (You-Bov-Harry Magalong-me)? It's still in A-1 condition. I love the natural finish but I also love the Buttercreme. E-mail me at [email protected] or pm me.
