thats a great guitar and a great price. They were made in limited quantities.
Petrucci used values are actually notching UP.

Eric,
I was told he bought it last year, that's why I said about a year old. I had no idea when they came out. If that's the case and he got it late 2010, that's great for me! Now I'm hoping to get a chance to demo it again soon and see if he'll sell. I asked about the $1800 because that is what I'm going to offer him if it is in great condition.

Thanks again.

Gotcha, should definitely be late 2010. If he gives you the serial # you can shoot MM customer service an email and they'll give you the exact date it was built. I know because I've done that before! :)

Maybe it's too great a price! LOL. That is what I'm going to offer; I don't know if he will accept it. That's why I was asking for help regarding the value. If he wants a bit more I might still accept if it is mint condition.

You should have a number in your head that you know you'll accept and be willing to pay, then offer below that number because chances are he'll come back with something higher and if not all the better. Negotiations 101! Haha!

I do. $1800 is my starting point. I think it's a fair offer and I will go a bit higher if it is mint. I honestly think that from what I felt playing it, I'd be fine going higher. That is one nice feeling guitar!
