buzz??

Hello all,a newb here. I bought a stingray hh a few weeks ago. My first one. I love it!! I've got a buzz in the strings. Took it back to guitar center for a tune up and it still does it. Took it back again and the dude said all basses do that. I'm thinking BS. I think I know the answer already , but they don't all do that
