I've gotten more than a few emails about this bass since it was leaked on the forum, so below is a pic for you knuckleheads! To make a long story short, we ordered this bass and when it came in we tucked it away in a closet where it has been hidden and forgotten about for the past 5 years. It was still in the plastic bag when I took it out a month or so ago.

30th Anniversary StingRay 4 - Wine Red, single H, finished birdseye maple neck. DOB 12/21/2006

Forgotten about for five years??? You haven't got a Namm Ray bass stashed away to have you Peter;) wish I could find things like that in the back of my cupboard!

Nice one man, all the best.

This is extremely tempting..............gorgeous bass (would 21st December 2006 make it one of the last produced?)

one of mine is a 2007 model.. exactly one month older :)

ps: look at those figures in the mahogany! as the basses age they get purdier and purdier. its like they have to mature to show their true colors :)

This is torture enough already MrM, and I'm sure they do get better with age - Mr DuBaldos one hasn't even seen any UV for five years though - I have thought about getting one of these several times before.

BTW I know I'm in a different territory here but where I am it got dark and light all over again - I think the rules are NpPNB eh ;) (no PROPER pics no bass) - torture or what
