Can I rehyrate Wonder Wipes?

I found an old instrument Polish container that is completely dried out. I used maybe one of them. Can I just add some water to it to activate the cleaning ingredient?

Instrument polish wipes are quite dry compared to the fingerboard conditioner. Certainly you have nothing to lose by trying, but just sprinkle or spray a very small amount on water on the wipe and see what that does. I doesn't need to be "wet".
