Can somebody tell me what the heck is that?! [copy of Ebmm inside]

Hi Guys,
today I was taking a picture of a polish band called Papa D (they used to be Papa Dance). They were making a video clip to their new single. And the guitar player had a such beautiful EBMM! First I thought that it's Axis. But then I went closer and I saw that it is not Axis. Why? Coz there was no model name on the headstock. It has no tone control, and the volume knob was push/pull -to split coils. The neck was incredible! And the neck was lacquered. I talked to the guy, and he told me that it's a kind of EVH model. He got it through a friend that had a friend, who worked in EB and made the guitar for him. I had a chance to play this beaty... and OMG - that was the sweetest neck I've ever had in my hands. Maybe someone know the story about this guitar or some other similar models? Just take a look at the pics:

Its a blatant ripoff of EBMM. Just like all those cheap chinese copies that you see on Craigslist & ebay, it just aint Gibson’s & PRS’s anymore. They are now coping EBMM. Buyer beware, what a shame that its come to this.

Yeah...that pickup selector switch was also just not right.
