Hi

(first time post)

I bought this guitar in '06 and I am going to sell it on Ebay in the Uk (where I'm from) but before i do I'm wondering if anyone knows any tech specs of the guitar and the possible value ? The documentation it came with was very minimal and I can't find anything on the web about it. It is a buttercream Limited Edition Luke (2005) guitar with trem and EMG's. I'm attaching some pics of it as well.

Thanks for any help you can give :D

The specs on that Luke will be the same as a standard Luke if you check out the MusicMan website and check out the guitar. Buttercreme was a limited edition color for that year only, offered on most models in the MM lineup. Starting in 2004, for several years MM offered limited edition colors including Radiance Red, Envy Green, Buttercreme, Black with gold hardware, a re-release of Blue Dawn etc.. Other than the Limited Edition logo and limited availability of that color, the general guitar specs are basically the same as the standard Luke. you can probably check e-bay or the for sale thread here to see what used Lukes are going for.

Well the guitar looks to be in mint condition or close to it. So I would say the way you present the sale will get you few extra bucks. Such as 2005 Luke Limited Edition in Butter Cream, this color was only offered in this year. You get the drift. Personally I will use a little UK slang, I would fancy that guitar.lol

I had one of these, but had to sell it due to bills a couple of years ago... If I had cash, I'd make an offer!

Since this is a limited edition color (and an awesome one at that), you might want to ask a little bit more than the typical used LUKEs you see on eBay.
