I agree 100%. I don't mind being a snitch when it comes to this.
Not only are we saving the buyer from potentially being ripped off, we are saving the seller from the strong possibility of negative feedback, product returns, etc.

It was definately a good team effort. I filed a notice of trademark infringment with E-Bay in their VERO program. E-Bay won't pull auctions generally for trademark infringment unless the holder of the Trademark files a formal complaint. (which I did.) But I couldn't do it without you guys spotting the problem first.
