No, not really. There was no initial pain or something like that. Maybe I've been holding the arm in a certain position for too long time. The feeling increased slowly.

They are eight weeks today. I started to play 10 - 20 minutes every day now. It's not okay yet, but the doc told me to do some playing. Reading my last posts I think I've been to early telling it would be better.

I had to learn that it can take 12 weeks. The doc said that I should play as far as possible to keep the fingers moving and the muscles trained.

Good luck man. Best plan - REST AND REPAIR. If Dave Mustaine can come back from almost paralysing an arm, then you have every chance of being 100% in the future. You just gotta give in an put the guitar down until you're fixed.

Update
I am still suffering from that mis-sensation in my fingers, but I started to play again and did a jam a few days ago! It has been bavarian pop music, not the stuff I used to play but hey - I did it and it worked.
The other thing is that I didn't play the Ray. I played a bass from a local luthier with newer strings on it. So you don't want to see a pic I suppose
