I hear that! My girlfriend's sister just had a baby and she's getting quite broody herself! But I think I can keep her "in check" until at least after we get engaged/married first, as well as the knowledge of the years worth of maternity leave supposedly coming into effect next year! I'm looking forward to getting in on some of that!
