What is meant by "inernational warranty"?

Well, the guy vanished when I insisted on serial numbers and actual pictures. Just as expected...
Here's the last email I sent:
"The serial number of the guitar is required. Also, you have still not answered why eBay cancelled your auction.
Also, I have a friend in Greece who is willing to stop by and check out your guitars before I make a decision. If possible, please provide an address for verification purposes, and if you're willing, where he can see these instruments.
I am waiting for your email.
