Have you tried the search option on the forum?

Most topics have been covered already in the past, and there is a lot of great information!

EBMM web page has recommendations, this forum has loads of opinions and advice from people with lots of experience.

Yeah, and Robelinda2 is right on - play 'em, play 'em, and then play 'em some more.

(Or is that actually the way to properly take care of oneself, hmmm. Zen and the Art of EBMM Maintenance.)

Can anyone point out where there might be some details and/or recommendations on how to properly care for your EBMM and suggested products to use? esp. neck and fretboard.

For the neck you could try the new eb WONDER WIPES,
You might try searching on Birchwood Casey, or on the term Gunstock oil, which will give you advice on how to clean and maintain the neck.

Body wise - I shy away from using wax (if you own a black guitar you'll know why)
I use a cotton towel with a a couple of drops of lighter fuel (this contains naptha) and is great for removing grease marks. Jonguitars EB's guitar repairman confirms that Lighter fuel is ok to use.
Then use a slightly moist towel9moistenrd with some warm water - thanks candid !!) and buff.
Now I know this will raise some eyebrows but it works!!
