Challenge

Haha, this probably won't intrigue most of you.. BUT.. I challenge amy of you to learn the song "One" (bass) by Metallica in less than a day.

This isn't to say it's a hard song to play; it's just very hard to memorize and play with the rest of the band. The skill involved is extremely easy; it's just that it's a bunch a different bass lines. WOW.


I'm basically ranting.. my band wants to play this for a gig coming up and I'm struggling soooo much with the memorization of it. haha... any tips would be awesome - especially you Metallica fans, or those of you who know the song.

PS: Don't worry, I'm using my Graphite Pearl SR4 to learn this monster of a song.

I used to be a Metallica NUT! That was a good 3 or 4 years ago and One was one of my favorite songs to play. I'll see if I can brush up on it.

Like anything, take it a bit at a time. I tend to pick up on things fast, so, "One" was an easy...well...one for me...
