Found this trailer for the Chaos in Motion Live DVD set that DT's releasing in the fall. Looks like its gonna be awesome. Seems like there's plenty of BFR and Bongo action going on.

Yeah, I hope to see some guitar and bass rig tours. The behind the scenes stuff looks great, and there's a pretty sweet song list there. I was hoping for Misunderstood, but I believe the song list is subject to change. I'm definitely getting the 5 disc set! Btw, did anyone else see JM's '08 LE Bongo 6? Not on that, but I saw it in some pics, and it looks really cool. Out of curiosity, is the silver on JM's basses the same as Sterling Silver? I've heard it referred to as "Flat Silver" before.

I just saw JP on You Tube play the solo from Lines in the Sand from a show in Perth this year....he's making that BFR sing...just beautiful!

I've only just started to get back into Dream Theater, awesome band, l find some of their music boring at times, but l'm a big fan of Images and words, Falling Into Infinity and Scenes From A Memory.

Thanks PetrucciRocks - Saw them in Wales last year and they were amazing. The loudest gig I have ever been to, but the best sound quality I have ever heard.
Can't wait for the DVD - really hope Foresaken is on the setlist.

Out of curiosity, is the silver on JM's basses the same as Sterling Silver? I've heard it referred to as "Flat Silver" before.

They are pretty close, but are technically different colors per AJ @ EB

I can't wait for the DVD, I got front row, right in front of JP last year at the Philly Show on Aug. 26, and it was amazing! He used his main Tobacco Burst, two different Ruby Bursts, a Blackburst, and a Walnut 7 string. I think that was it. Before the show, I saw his tech tuning his Dargie, and it was so cool. He didn't actually use it though...

We have the chance to have them on 31st august for a show outside their regular tour dates here in Quebec City on the International Week-end Budweizer with some other band. (Nickelback, Brian Adam, Collective Soul, David Usher, and a couple more french band from here) 12 hours of show in one day.

Wish they will play more than an hour!!!!!!!

I saw the trailer yesterday on dreamtheater.net, they've got a neat video player there. I'd buy that DVD.
