Classic Collection Sterling pickup wiring ?

Hi fellas!

Just one question out of sheer curiosity:

As the classic collection sterling has no 3-way switch as the standard-modell I was wondering how the pu is wired?

I'm sure the Stingray is wired parallel, because its a Stingray after all.

Am I right in assuming, that the Sterlings ceramic PU is wired in serial to make it distinctively different?

Could somebody just nod or shake his head please.
