How do these two compare when just using the first position of the Sabre, which is just the single humbucker that corresponds to the Classic Stingray. They both are 2 band EQ.

Is the tone close or is there more of a difference than just comparing two different basses of the same kind?

Never have had the chance to try a Classic.

Anyone been able to compare both head to head?
